Bahía del Duque and Kazan have signed a collaborative agreement to offer the best of this Michelin Star Restaurant in the south of the island.

Santa Cruz de Tenerife, October 2016.- Francisco Javier Zamorano, President of Compañía de las Islas Occidentales (CIO) (www.cio-compay.com), owner of the Hotel Bahía del Duque (www.bahia-duque.com) and Francisco Ralea, co-owner of the restaurant Kazan (www.restaurantekazan.com), signed yesterday morning a collaborative agreement to open a Japanese restaurant in the Hotel Bahía del Duque.

The agreement aims to offer residents and visitors to the south of the island the style of cuisine of this renowned restaurant, holder of a Michelin Star and that has become one of the most important gastronomic stops in the Canary Islands.

This new restaurant will complete Bahía del Duque’s high level culinary offer, in recent years they have been firmly committed to offering its guests with a high quality varied culinary proposal with restaurants such as La Brasserie by Pierre Résimont, SUA, La Trattoria and of course, its flagship restaurant, Las Aguas, led by chef Braulio Simancas.
